Be quite busy lately but a good busy. That is good. So you are a director at Prenner Capital. Can you tell us what Prenner Capital does? Yeah, certainly. So, we're a planet of capital, we're a, we're a original ending company. So we offer loans to property developers, investors, and you know, people wanting to basically find reliable, flexible finance for their property deals basically.
