This is Chelps of Community Radio and right now it's time to talk about Christmas dinner. Now new research says that 41% of people find that the most stressful dish to cook, Christmas is Turkey. Now we want some tips and we want to find out how to make a great Christmas Turkey. And joining me right now on Shamsa Community Radio is a Master Share Finalist. It's Mike Tomkins. Hello, my, hello. Hi, hey, Dan. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas indeed. So yeah, the research does say that Turkey is a most difficult thing to cook that sort of people are saying. And I think like for me myself, last year, me, my family, we kind of divided the dishes. So each to one of us was we live different places we decided to cook someone cooks the turkey, someone cooks the vegetables, someone does like potatoes, someone does give her. So it was divided that way but the last thing that I wanted was turkey so…
