Now some reports are saying that doctors are saying the impact of the pandemic virus itself and the restrictions and the economic consequences could mean that there is a lasting impact on mental health from this disease and virus. But there are groups which you can go to for support and to talk about anything and one such group is called Fementa Talk. It's a community group where men suffering with anxiety, depression or grief can talk to other sufferers. Now join me on the show right now is Luke Newman from Bedfordshire.
